A young girl plays the harpsichord for her siblings in this vintage music image. She must be playing well since she was able to draw both of them to her but not so well that the baby would leave her pull toy behind.
I always love finding books illustrated by Harrison Weir (1824-1906) because I know it will contain a number of great drawings. This one from 1877 was no exception. It was included in the children’s book Lily’s Screen.
