Serene drawing of a horse, cow, two pigs and chickens in a farmyard. The thatched roof barn, split rail fence and tall trees truly make this more than just another animal drawing. This fairly large, pubic domain barnyard drawing would make a great front for a greeting card.
This vintage drawing dates back to 1869 when it was included in one of the children’s books published by Ward, Lock and Tyler of London. It was called Harry’s Ladder to Learning.
