This Vintage letter B image is one that was used by a number of publishers in the late 1800s. I’ve indicated the book where this particular image came from but it is most likely one of a set from a print foundry that was used by numerous publishers including those who released Flowers of the Hunt in 1889..
This letter B image includes a flower that looks a bit like a bird along with some dainty vines and leaves. The decorations and letter B are drawn using a light color and were placed on an almost black background.
