This vintage baby image almost looks like a photograph. A wonderful portrait/illustration of an infant wearing a bonnet would make a wonderful baby announcement card or image for scrapbookers.

Ida Waugh (d. 1919) is the illustrator behind this charming vintage drawing. It appeared in her book Mammy’s Baby from 1890.

This image is copyright free and in the public domain anywhere that extends copyrights 70 years after death or at least 120 years after publication when the original illustrator is unknown.
