An oh-so-cute baby picture from the 1800s. This little guy doesn’t look very happy but what a clever way to weigh a baby. This would be a great scrapbook image to document baby’s first doctor visit or other milestone.
This children’s drawing is from Prince Dimple’s Further Doings Told for the Little Ones from 1891. The artist was Minnie E. Kenney Paull (1859-1895).
