A large colored book plate of a variety of flowers. Not exactly a bouquet of flowers, but I thought this flower drawing belonged in with the other bouquet images rather than with the simple flower drawings. While the focus is on the large blue and yellow flowers, this great vintage image also has pink flowers, white snowdrops and a number of different green leaves. This image is the perfect size to be used with greeting and note cards or to fill an somewhat empty scrapbook page.
Talks About Plants, or, Early Lessons in Botany contained a number of full-color drawings. Unfortunately, they did not identify the illustrators when they published it in 1879.
