Though not technically a bouquet of flowers, this planter is certainly full of a number of different flowers. It’s a smaller image but one that could easily be added to your next creative project. Tall, drooping flowers are the stars but the flowers at the very top and bottom of the grouping make this drawing far more interesting.
Thomas E. Hill made quite an ambitious work when he wrote Hill’s Album of Biography and Art in 1882. There are over 200 images, including this one of a group of planted flowers, that I’ve included on Reusable Art from his book. He did not indicate whether the artwork is from his own hand, another artist or primarily from print foundries.
