I’ve left this botanical print as I’ve found it but you could easily re-attach the flower to the plant for one very tall flower image. The buttercup plant has a scientific name of anunculus bulbosus. Not to worry if you didn’t know that before visiting Reusable Art. I didn’t know the scientific name either until I found this vintage botanical print of this lovely yellow flower.
These vintage colored botanical prints are wonderful. The 1858 work Lessons From the Vegetable World had a number of them but unfortunately did not include information on the artist or watercolorist.
