This vintage cat drawing is of a fierce-looking little kitty all set for battle with an unseen foe. The striped cat has her ears flat on her head, tail fur extended and a foot raised in the air and ready to strike. Yet, despite her fierceness, there’s an overall cuteness to this little drawing.
I do hope someone finds it useful. It’s been drawn in such a way that you could easily remove the cobblestones the cat is standing on and even her shadow could be removed fairly easily.
This drawing was the work of Carll B. Williams who died in 1928. It appeared in Billy Whisker’s Travels.
