I don’t know why, but I think this frog drawing is one of my favorites. We don’t even see his face but there’s just something about the way he has his back to us that gives him a bit of mystery and personality.
The Peacock and the Wishing Fairy was released in 1921; it contained numerous illustrations by Dugald Stewart Walker (1883-1937).
