Vintage black and white drawing of a trio of geese. This copyright free bird image features three black and white geese standing in the grass. The page scan captured some of the text from the page below making this image even more interesting for mixed media artists.
This book was written by James Johonnot (1823-1888), who did not identify an illustrator for Friends in Feathers and Fur, and Other Neighbors. However, at least two of the drawings appear to be the work of Harrison Weir (1824-1906).
This image is copyright free and in the public domain anywhere that extends copyrights 70 years after death or at least 120 years after publication when the original illustrator is unknown.
