Charming gees family image depicting feeding time. In this public domain bird image, one of the geese is feeding their gosling while the other appears to be standing guard. Whether you call it a gosling or a baby goose, the young bird is quite cute.
This is another great, vintage book illustration that is sadly on the small size. It’s a fairly decent size for online work but if less than an inch when printed. It was found in the November 28, 1891, edition of the children’s magazine Golden Days for Boys and Girls.
This image is copyright free and in the public domain anywhere that extends copyrights 70 years after death or at least 120 years after publication when the original illustrator is unknown.
