Another rubber stamp like block letter from a small set of letters used by the same publisher. This drop cap, black and white letter I image has two small fruits and some leaves to make it more interesting. Other letters in this group include: A, B,M, O, S, T and W.
All of these fancy letter images appeared in the 1873 book Mary Osborne which was published by Strahan & Company of London.
