A young girl shows her whistling technique in this free vintage kid image. Among the black and white images of children we have found, this one is quite charming in that it is a young girl and not a little boy showing a fingers in mouth whistling technique. What a great scrapbook image to accompany photos of a girl who is a bit on the sassy side.
This vintage drawing was from an 1882 book, published by Hall and Whiting of Boston entitled Golden Rays.
This image is copyright free and in the public domain anywhere that extends copyrights 70 years after death or at least 120 years after publication when the original illustrator is unknown.
