This swinging girl drawing is one of many charming illustrations created by Ida Waugh (d.1919) which appeared in the book Holly Berries.
It’s a nice tall drawing. Might make a good bookmark or image to use on notepaper. The sweet Victorian girl seems as if she is swinging on the top of the world. Her red shoes and blue and white striped stockings compliment her red dress and blond hair.
