Wonderful color landscape looking up at the Andes Mountains. With two travelers and their mules walking along the path, the Andes Mountains soars up to the sky behind them. With a tall cascading waterfall of snow run-off this copyright free mountain landscape drawing has it all. Thomas Wallace Knox (1835-1896) wrote a number of stories of young travellers to exotic lands. This one, The Boy Travellers in South America, is from 1885. He did not identify an illustrator.
