This fancy and flowery letter M image is complemented by vines, leaves, and a few flowers. The image is shown at full size but actually turns out a bit cleaner when resized down a little (100px wide is a good size, it is currently 123px wide). In it’s original form or a bit smaller, this copyright free image would make for a great addition to where ever you might need a drop cap M image.
No credit was given to the artist. It was used by Gabriel Sagard in his 1636 work Historie du Canada.
