Vintage, black and white page spacer with room for letters. This vignette was used in an old book as a chapter header, but you could easily use it to frame just about anything. The way it is designed allows for someone with a bit of patience and some minimal Photoshop skills to make it a bit wider or narrower too.
I’m so happy I found Hill’s Album of Biography and Art. It is unclear whether the illustrations are the work of the author. But what is clear is that this large 1882 children’s book by Thomas E. Hill was full of wonderful illustrations.
