By simply using my graphics software and changing the image to negative, I took a simple black and beige image and turned it into a dramatic white drawing on a blue background. This message frame has plenty of space for letters and would make a dramatic addition to your next creative project. To return it to its more lightly colored original state, simply use your negative setting on your graphics program.
I’m so happy I found Hill’s Album of Biography and Art. It is unclear whether the illustrations are the work of the author. But what is clear is that this large 1882 children’s book by Thomas E. Hill was full of wonderful illustrations.
