This art deco-style border and page spacer had plenty of room for your page title. It would work great for scrapbooks, written materials and even webpage banners. It features flowers, flourishes and finials and can even be easily resized. If you study the image carefully, you’ll see where the little boxes in the corner are not attached to the rest of the design so you could easily make the frame taller. Additionally, the line of dots at the top and bottom of the message frame would seem like an easy place to change the width of the frame.
Thomas E. Hill published Hill’s Album of Biography and Art in 1882. It included a number of wonderful illustrations and stock print foundry images.
