Lovely portrait-life drawing of a mother with her son and daughter. The little boy hangs on to his mother while the little girl looks on. The little girl has her favorite doll. A bowl of roses and a rose bush add to the overall charm of this mother and children portrait. This book illustration was drawn Alice Barber Stephens (1858-1932) and included in the 1908 work The Wayfarers.
