I wish this image was bigger. It’s so cool. They scanned the entire advertising page from a children’s magazine from 1891. It wouldn’t really work for a printed project but hopefully someone can use this as background paper on a website or other electronic project. This vintage illustration was included in the children’s magazine Golden Days for Boys and Girls from November 28, 1891.

This image is copyright free and in the public domain anywhere that extends copyrights 70 years after death or at least 120 years after publication when the original illustrator is unknown.
