This is not a drawing that I would hope a child would try to recreate. But, it’s just so darn sweet that I couldn’t pass it by. In this vintage black and white illustration, a young child is holding a bird nest with several hatchlings in it. One of the baby birds has latched onto one of the child’s fingers perhaps in hopes of it being a nice juicy worm instead of a plump little finger. The child is so pretty and the drawing is so sweet that I hope someone can find a use for it.
