Public domain sketch of a rowboat washed ashore on a rocky beach. Draped in seaweed and having a general abandoned air, this rowboat looks like it might be the lone survivor of a shipwreck. The unidentified piece in the foreground is maybe part of a canon?
It’s a nice-sized rowboat image that could be used in a number of ways.
This is a number of drawings from William Walker (b. 1821) that he included in his Handbook of Drawing published in 1880.
This image is copyright free and in the public domain anywhere that extends copyrights 70 years after death or at least 120 years after publication when the original illustrator is unknown.
