Beautiful colored drawing of creatures of the sea floor. The sea creatures depicted in this vintage sea life drawing were identified but unfortunately the print was too tiny. I didn’t think it really mattered what these sea creatures are called as their beauty speaks for itself. They are from the imagination of the artist William Dickes (1815-1892) and were used to illustrate The Wonders of the Shore from 1873.
