Vintage sheep drawing from an 1857 book entitled Animals : their pictures, habits, and uses. It was illustrated by the artist Harrison Weir (1824 – 1906).

This animal drawing appeared on the cover of the book and appears to be hand-colorized. The sheep is standing on a grassy hill with a blue mountain peak in the background.
