The Auk lives near the Arctic Sea and can easily be mistake as a penguin. This vintage black and white bird drawing is a bit dark and smudged but would still might make a great addition to your next creative project. It dates all the way back to 1851 when it was included in The Illustrated Alphabet of Birds by the publisher WM. Crosby & H.P. Nichols of Boston.
