A graceful swan floats among the water lillies. This simple black and white drawing could be easily colorized or left as we found it. Either way, this bird image would make a classy addition to your next project.
The Boy Who Knew What The Birds Said contained a wonderful array of drawings from one of my favorite children’s book illustrators, Dugald Stewart Walker (1883-1937). It was published in 1918.
