Y with Vines

This is the last of the letter images from Ballads of Beauty an 1878 book of poetry. It is also only the 14th letter Y that I’ve found to share with you. This letter Y with vines includes a dark letter Y that has almost been overgrown with leaves and vines. They look a bit like ivy or morning glory leaves to me but there are no flowers. The letter image is fairly small but I think that makes it great to use with text like it was originally designed to be.

This image is copyright free and in the public domain anywhere that extends copyrights 70 years after death or at least 120 years after publication when the original illustrator is unknown.
